power and effect time?

Devastate is easily a Fighter's best skill. People usually put points into 3 if not all the enpowerable traits. Fully into Power, SP consumption, CD and effect time is the way I did it anyway.

I didnt use a single skill point before i got devastate as it is easily a fighters best skill, people say to put power points in power hit but its strong enough without for the time being so its all good, i put into power, cd, and sp i didnt bother with buff time for some reason :| but yea. I still have about 8 points left for skills for when i hit whirlwind :|

I'd advise not putting anything in Whirlwind.


Useless skill that it is, there's other skills to invest in.

As long as you keep your skill points into effect time and power if you want you should be fine, however if you dont wanna use so much sp put a point into decrease sp consumption, pretty much helps lower sp on all fighter skills it helped my fighter alot so i dident run out of sp stones so much.

ok if u want the perfect dev...dont put it in power..its quite usless..beleive me...wat i did is put it for cd and duration...which does more work than power...and as for power hit if u put skillls on cd and power a lvl 80 can hit 1k+ on a capped player..which i have done...and i believe that precise attack is the best skill for fighters...cause it causes massive damage and can be casted if u put ur points on cd and power 1.5k+ crit..which is pretty nasty....and if u have extra points...and u have really nice deff..put the rest of the points on vit...for cd and duration...cause the added dmg is really really helpfull :D

seeing as single stun and deva co-exist with each other meaning if I use one then they both start cooling down instead of just that one SO if I um put duration in single stun then is it the same for deva. If it's not then I wasted 3 skill points.....:(

The cooldown is still based on the cooldown of the skill used, unless they've changed it. Adding points to stun doesn't affect Devastate. I haven't played in a while, so there's a slim chance my data is out of date.
