Look on the Teva General Discussion page kinda obvious with the person who has the most topics made and just keeps making them.

I know there are alot of other people who are fed up with her topics but on a lighter note.

If you're referring to SeventhMagpie, I find it...odd that she must make multiple threads for a so-called "Fiesta Yearbook." Additionally, she spams up town shouts like none other. Call me antisocial, but I don't think my shout should be all one person's pointless spam.

As for the thread link, I have no idea what it's supposed to mean. Another annoying person? Idiocy?
