So, after a hiatus of a few months, I figure I would spend the silver my friend RinoaHeartilly ducktaped to me and start leveling after having been playing for months without leveling. (You can't stop me and my evil run-on sentences! Never!)
So, I buy all the equipment needed for a level 33 character, and figure, What the hey? I should use these two blessed elrues on this hammer, since I hate vending. What are the odds of it breaking?
It broke.
The hammer broke with a blessed elrue at level +1.
I'm still really irked.

Enhancement without CS = PHAIL.

Hey no worries. I broke my lvl 30 shield using a blessed rue [2] from +1 to +2.

That sucks.

I generally stop enhancing after level 20. :/

I got a level 15 bow to +6 and a lvl 20 bow to +4 :x

Heh. I don't do enhancing >_> It was just for fun and I got lucky xD

o.o That's why I always buy already-enhanced items. :urweird:

Ya, I broke my level 30 cross bow from +1 - +2 after around 8 tries. First few times the enchantment failed, but my bow didn't break. Then it went back to +0. Then I got it to +1. Finally, it broke to +2. Never enhancing again lol...

I got my clerics lv30 hammer and shield to +5 without stones, but for some reason I cant get my fighter lv 30 1h and shield up to even +3....

I learned the hard way how much bull shit enhancing is. I get my lvl 40 sword and think "hey, i got about 370 silver.......i wanna get this thing to +5 or 6.

6 broken swords later and the highest I ever saw was +4......on my first sword. None of the rest of them ever got past +3.

That was yesterday, I quit at +3 on the last one. Came back today and luckily got it to +4 on 1 try but im not even going to waste my money trying to get it any higher than that.
