Maybe I can't blame my last hitting ability on ping. Maybe my current accuracy rate is the highest it could get, and that my last hitting ability is accustomed to 200 ping.

Because my last hitting last night in an oceania game was terrahhbels. I was playing leona and I couldn't get a single creep for multiple waves. Wth??? =_=
