Click on Dragon List on the left

At the top you'll see Search, Nest, Nursery, Freezer, ER

Nest - for eggs
Nursery - for hatchlings
ER - for dragons with 3 days or less

Click on ER (even if its highlighted, click on it)

then you should see a little box to imput your dragon code
