We never get far in rust lol. Most of the game is spent finding each other and getting our base setup only to be raided by a camper.

Sims 2 and all its expansions free for a little while. If you like the Sims then you should get right on this.

So I created a sim to mirror myself and my sim got a gaming job. Then my sim had to make some decisions at work because someone challenged me to a game and I was worried about taking up the challenge because I'm only just a button masher (so accurate!!!). Turned out I was really good at button mashing and beat that person and was really well known at the server I was playing on.

I was then promoted to being a Trash Talker and later accepted another challenge and ended up losing, and got fired =(

Now the next job is being a security guard...

One thing I don't get is when I roll my mouse over something in the character info section, it says that my sim is an Adult and will be an elder in 19 days! Does that mean real time 19 days or literally.. 19 sim days, cos that's not very long.... I don't want to be an older person yet....

It's 19 Sim days. You can stop yourself from getting old by getting Aspiration points and redeeming them for the Elixir of Life reward. Each sip of the elixir delays aging by 3 days; I think 5 or 6 sips is the max per Elixir.

what!!!!!!!!! 19!!!?!?! that's only like.. a few hours of Sims gaming.. I spent so long making my character too.

My sim hasn't even had time to fall in love and have a family yet AND IM GOING TO BE AN ELDERLY.

I hope this certainly doesn't mirror my life.

Just get aspiration points and you'll be fine. You can also get points by fulfilling life milestones I think.

Yeah I ended up buying the elixer. It seems like you can drink it 4 times before it runs out, which is good. hahaahhaha

so there's a new game called ARK: Survival Evolved... which is pretty much the same as Rust but has dinosaurs instead which you can tame and own as pets to help you carry your stoooof.

I wonder whether Rust went through any major changes

ahahha probably, it was more fun watching pauseunpause and rob play than playing it myself with lirange sometimes... cos we spend 90% of the time just trying to find each other.

Then he goes to the water to hydrate himself and kills a small defenseless fish and the same battle music comes on LMAO

LOL heyy you don't talk! I still remember that time we both stood there for ages trying to shoot this jumping defenseless guy and we never killed him in the end.

They do have a map which they can literally take out and read, tho it doesn't tell them where they are on the map... but better than no map like rust. And actually I haven't seen the streamers get lost that much and they don't seem to die as easily like the way we die in Rust.

Sadly there are guns in this game... but I think it's only something you get use / craft at higher levels? There's even this thing called electronic chip or something, but the streamer didn't know what that was for at the time.
