So now all those people that are saying "Well I'm glad all you high lvls are happy, us low lvls aren't getting anything! D:" can stfu.

Really all the previous updates have been for lower lvls, and they complain when the capped people get our update.

Pisses me off.

really? i've only heard capped players complaining that there's no update for them and they're they biggest cashshop spender (or so they claim)

people will always find something to complain about... -sigh-

Maybe it's because the higher levels are where people start to spend more money on the game? Since that's where they start to get invested into the whole thing and maybe if the lower levels are easier, more people will stick around?
