meta changes. gameplay changes, other champs get nerfed, gives some other champs a time to shine

Some just go unnoticed even after changes for a while. Took a few weeks for Maokai to come back, although mostly used top these days. IIRC, Hotshot started spamming Zilean around the time Faker crushed with it in OGN against Samsung White.

Could be Blitzcrank... Even though he has some pretty legit skins already. And Veigar just has the crappy recolors. :>

He only has one recolor and it looks great.
