Well I doubt they will do any of that, and if they do what they say then they must feel so bad that they just waisted all that time doing something pointless.

FYI I hate those little kids...They should keep those kind of comments to themselves. They probably cannot give any reasoning on why they said that. All they would say is "casue I feel like it".
