It's up to Hazu but I don't see why not. Past champions don't necessarily win every competition. That's why the same athletes are allowed to compete again and again.

already sent it though, it was one of the prizes... it's not too much of an advantage i guess. i have very little idea on what to do with the image that i chose *Shrugs*
