I wanted a refund on sheriff caitlyn since they changed her blue hair to ugly brown.

He keeps on saying I haven't purchased it at most 90 days ago so I can't refund it but I purchased it way before the refund system was implemented so that was never an option. And I only want a refund because RIOT did a major thematic change to it, not because I got bored of it and he keeps on ignoring my points and being an idiot.
