Fast food chinese, probably the biggest in the united states. I think it's really good and wouldn't say it's any worse then some local sit down chinese restaurant. The orange chicken is top notch.

Americanized Chinese food chain

ummm yeah I guess if you're going to some Americanized Chinese buffet it's all pretty much the same?

But it's pretty different from like a legit Chinese restaurant like Bo Lings or out in the suburbs.

do chinese restaurants owned by chinese people count as "legit"? I never ate at Bo Lings, is it like P.F. Changs?

Define "legit". A lot cater more to westerners while there are some that do serve more authentic regional Chinese food, especially if there is a decent Chinese population in the suburb (down here, anyway)
