Most likely, I mean, its not impossible. Apparently the level cap is 100, and I can't see somebody leveling in uruga to level 100 when people level there at 40 XD

to Azling- you can either be invited to a guild that already exist... which technically shouldnt cost u anything (might just hv to meet some requirements like levels and commitment, but that depends on individual guilds)

or u can make ur own... cost 300s
