Waoh I felt like I watched the whole movie already in 6 mins! I really like the style of drawing..

So I just watched From Up on Poppy Hill... I was a bit disappointed. But I feel like it's something that maybe Japanese people would appreciate more... I couldn't relate to it + I thought storyline was a little cliche.

Just watched Castle In The Sky. This was pretty good, and I've heard of the theme song before and never knew it was from this movie!

Has anyone watched Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo (Children who chase lost voices deep below)?

I lovedddddddd it but as I keep reading online reviews, 70% of the reviews were hating on it because Makoto Shinkai copied Ghibli too much and it wasn't up to the standard of 5cm... it's definitely influenced by Miyazaki's works but I don't understand why it bothers people so much =(

I don't usually care if other people dislike it, but because there aren't many that likes it, there isn't any enough online reviews that talks about their own interpretations of the film which I like to read about T_T_T_T
