Yea that does seem the safest way. But I'm unsure if you have to lose exp to get it.

Looks like Fiesta Guardian, you can get both at 1 time
and about monster joke...
i dont think you need to lose exp,
i've seen lots of high lvl with that title lately
and since its hard to level up at level 40+...
they 're not crazy to do that XD
...are they? o.o
the point is... level up.. die..and pray XD

Best way to get Monster Joke Punchline is during an event.
You dont lose exp and its easy to die... for some people
So i would just wait for the next one.
