On the Outspark homepage doesn't it say that Bijou is a worldwide server? o.O

well since its a North American only and China getting their own version i just find it sad that some of the high lvls are gone now >.<.

Oh well. Just hope something like a SouthEastAsia version will come out. I don't understand the china version and since this one is reserved for NA.. =/

Seriously, as long as the people speak English and can use it effectively to communicate (there are some people in North America that fail in that regard) I don't see a problem. But talking in shout/normal in a foreign language shouldn't be allowed. There are times I've been in some maps and there has only been what's been described to me as "singlish" which is unacceptable. In guild/whipser, I don't have a problem with whatever you speak. I'm bilingual myself, and aside from a few colourful phrases, I stick to English in public.

rofl. Don't blame us on our singlish. Some of us just hate studying ( Although i'm trying to reduce it to the minimum ) . xDDD
