Yes, when everyone has voted for a person to kill, it's night time again for legals to kill.

yes, once everyone has casted their votes, or once 24hours is up, hessah announces who got the most vote, and that person goes into helgas tomb. Then it will be night time, and legals will have to decide who to kill.
