The cool-down mouse-clicking sound actually started when it was facing the wrong way...so you clicked early and moved the mouse in Lirange's position a bit late.

How so?? I'm staring at my cursor and the cooldown went off when my cursor was on the other side.. @_@

The shield isn't instant-cast for some reason. The cool-down indicator actually starts when the spell finishes casting.


I think that when you started the cast of the shield, the cursor was pointing the wrong way so that's where the shield was cast. By the time the spell-cast was finished, your cursor was pointing Lirange's direction and that's where the cool-down indicator started.
