Ok... but if other guilds that use CS like water want to war you... if they come kill you, then just brush it off.

For me:
I was in PvP2, and fighting a capped mage of a certain guild known to be CS whores. He took me out like nothing. I hit him for around 150 or so a swing when he had over 5k hp, he was critting every other spell, or just doing so much damage, if I didn't spam heal/rejuv/stones/recover/restore, I wasn't healing fast enough.

When he killed me, he acted all proud... but to me... I bet if he were to take everything off, then fight me again.. he wouldn't stand a chance. I have 994 M.DEF with my gears on and buffs.

I fought another guild that is known to like wars, but also doesn't use CS. I could take the mage out, as well as the archer, but the tank had a little problem killing me, but he did it in the end. The mage was around my level, and the archer was in 6x. If you were to use your characters just the way they are, then there would be really equal competition...

You choose to go out and buy the stuff so that you can fight on the 'same' level as the other guilds so that you don't lose, and then people think you're 'weak'...

That mindset is to me incomprehensible.

Of course those people that jump to CS when they see war across the screen are paying the company to keep them afloat...

that doesn't mean the game isn't free for everyone else...

just means that the game isn't free for you if you choose to keep going back to the cash shop.

To your statement, since I DID pay, I expect my items to be THERE and not bugged and all that geezle, btw, most of my cash shop items are just for training purposes and nothing more. Also, some of us won't stand to see our friends get bullied and insulted by a cash shop freak and will stand up for them even if it means certain prices. I don't pick on low level people nor do I war them at all, it's only for those who thinks they are great and bully my friends.
Also, you should not be here argueing with us, if your situation is completely different and "insert name here" CAN kill a trumpy in one hit and that's what Ethelinde was mentioning, not where you are or whatever mob you're killing. Lol, most of my cash shop item are just costumes, if you call that buying power, go ahead, I haven't even used a single charm of might yet.

idc when ppl kill me, because I know I'm squishy and I've been killed multiple times. As you have said, if we take off everthing, then it will be fair competition, then tell me once again, how does a mage take out a cleric with 3.5-4k of hp and 1.6k-3k of heal with a dmg of 600 on them; a 13sec cool time for all spells and some of them even longer using no crit suit?

well my heal always says 0, and sometimes what it realy does >.<

They would most likely respond better to questions, and not attacks.

Iron case(maybe)

When you died in Helga's Tomb this morning, did you lose exp?
Do you have 4 pages of inventory?

Going out and buying something when someone is bullying a friend of yours is falling for the guy's trap, and only inflating HIS ego because he pours through CS like nothing, making him feel invincible. Killing him in war will only make him madder, then he'll spend more money in the shop, try to get stronger, and come back for revenge, which will cause you guys to get stuff to protect yourselves, and the vicious circle continues... do you see?

I've had like... 4 things or so taken care of because of screenies.

And a cleric killed a Trumpy one hit with bash?

Req'd: Pure STR, capped, STR T3 Pot, Charm, Crit suit, Blue Hammer +9 with +39 STR.

If that's all that guy goes through, to say that he did it, egotists can stay where they are. It's so much easier to avoid them.

Diplomatic is the way to be in this game if you don't want to spend tons of cash here.

my heal was the same thing no matter what I did.

Heal = 1100
Rejuv = 2200 (It's 2400 now with 4 points in it.)

LOL I've reported the same guy 3 times, guess what, they gave me a lame excuese and nothing is done. Oh, with the iron case issue, the last page of the inventory is gone, and we just happens to store our important stuff in there, like your extra costumes (work out suit) and all that stuff is gone with it.

Diplomacy, these gm's usually don't do anything, I've reported racist comments toward my friends and myself multiple times but NOTHING is done. He's still around insulting us, we blocked him, but now every chance he's got, he kills us. Oh, and we still can't kill him, 5v1 with capped players and charm of might on, tell me if that's not overpowered, what is? After my teva and stuff wears out, I'm not going to buy any more cash shop items, because I'm probably going to quit at this rate.

Falling for his trap, a lot of my friend quit because of things like this, I don't want to lose them any more than I already have.

Everything is running absolutely perfect for me, I don't know what's up with you guys -.-

Anyone think it would have been better to divide the patch into smaller patches?


Maybe if one feature/map was implemented at a time, they'd fix the bugs for that patch then move on to the next one. Might save a lotta trouble :/

Well that's a personal choice to quit, and for me, the GM's know that I complain about Fiesta... I kinda made threads about it xD

Just don't get mad, and be patient.

When you send in a report, is it in game? I know people use the report button there, and they said it's bugged... which is why I suggest screenshots, and PM Fiesta_Help.

Tips:

Don't be mad when you send in the report, they don't want to hear:
"OMG CAN U SEE THIS GUY?!?!? HE FCKING KS ME ALL THE FCKING TIME AND U NEED TO DO SOMETHING AOBUT IT NOW!"

My last complaint was against someone following me around because I wouldn't buff him.

All I did was explain the situation:
This guy has been following me because I told him I wouldn't buff him, he followed my guild, kept trying to KS us in CP (but he couldn't because the mobs lost aggro on me after failing to hit me enough times xD) and I sent in 5 screenshots.

I was asked what sever,
I said Teva.
They said First time is a warning, I can always block them so I don't have to hear it.

I will block him, but if he goes around trying to harrass my guildies again, then I'm going to say something.

Thank them for their time, and leave it alone.

I don't know what would classify as a lame excuse to you, but most things are legitimate excuses.

If your last page of inventory is gone, when you've clearly purchased an Iron Case, talk to a CSR...

You've paid for it, and they'll give it to you, the last thing they want to do is form evidence for a lawsuit.

Make sure that you open your timed item list to show the iron case, and also inventory to show that the last page is gone.

First of all, I never report in game, never knew it existed until recently. I've also taken multiple screen shots PLUS a background explanation and send it to them on the Outspark forum. Also, I don't ever use slanders in a official report, and I rarely use curse words at all. They never did anything.

Second of all, Iron Case is a permanent item.

ok that might've been a while ago, and those are some pretty bad excuses >.>;

Now they have Fiesta_Help PM box, where that can't happen. All complaints get sent there, then everyone, from every department has to see them. Try again.

I know it's permanent, I have one too. That doesn't mean it's not on your timed item list. Open it up, and look^^
