The site was up, and after numerous patch updates, you could try to log in and it would load. But for me I couldn't connect. ;(
...And now the site is back down again.

I was able to get onto forums and I found these two posts from a customer support manager just thought I would post them here to let everyone in on it who can't get onto the forums section

Outspark just posted an apology for thier servers being down.
