I believe that this version was intended for English speaking players. However...I feel that Outsparks main focus might have been North America. It's not like it matters anyway.

Yeah, he seems to not realize that it isn't only NA that speaks English, but I can't stand it when people in say India, for example, think that events should be Indian time.

Outspark has stated on numerous occasions that this is the North American version. I don't see why were are even continuing this conversation.

So I would say, no.

reserved... means they get 1st priority.. i hoped

they didnt say "This version is exclusive for North American users."
