I believe the ice heals you as well as shield you... I cant remember if it recovers all your SP but i'm sure it recovers your HP.... so you wont need to heal urself =D

i've confirmed that if you use the ice while your stunned (either when someone gets the hammer or you gt deva'd) there is a glitch where it un-stuns you. it happens olny sometimes :O its use full.... like...
once i had the hammer and i started getting deva'd but i usd my ice and got unstunned and killed everyone around me :>

That happened to me a couple of times. I used my ice, but it didn't work. But I'm not sure if I was stunned at that time, since things were messy and I was dying fast. I get sooo annoyed when I don't get protection from my ice.. I need that 10 seconds to stop, and look at things around me! T_T

but yeah... normally when that bug or w/e comes around.... i need the ICE not the unstun.. <x3 then i normally die... but i mean.. it could be useful if its used at the right time and works how you want it to... XD

Hmm, when I'm stunned and I have some ice, it doesn't work.
And I never really payed attention to whether it healed me or not..
