Okay so he sold a weapon knowing it was scammed... Was it to you? IF NOT then why did u take the liberty of screening and getting him banned?

You seriously need to be more specific cause honestly if you took the liberty of just getting someone banned even though he didnt sell it to you THEN from your attitude it seems like YOU FEEL proud of getting him banned.

Also, this Zero tolerance crap is just from popular demands. If someone wants someone banned for little things like this then wow... I mean you get scammed... It happens a lot but u know its partially the person fault to believing him. This is why I only let close friend enhance my stuff and not strangers.

At first I was on the side against Link being banned, but I came to my senses. If someone resells a weapon that they know was stolen, they are a scumbag. I remember him, but honestly after this I have little sympathy.

Okay so u sell a weapon that you know was scammed? This is what I don't get... Usually people scam others from enhancements... So if someone scammed a weapon how would u do that? Link sold a weapon he knew was scammed. But he gains money from it which is like selling any other weapon. What scammed about a weapon? Did he lie saying it was a blue weapon or something?

There ist any evidence to what exactly happen which is why im against Katana in general until someone presents me evident or being more specific on the issue.

Yes... I did. Both the guy that scammed me, and his friend got banned.

The only thing his friend did was take my stuff, and trade it to the scammer's new account... and he got a perma-ban.

SnakeEyes... pretty much flat out told me that he hates scammers... and he's going to do whatever he feels to get rid of as many scammers as he can.

If he knows it's a scam, you can say goodbye.

I feel no sympathy for people that choose to try and cheat their way to the top, and if you know legitimately that something is wrong, but you choose to do it... then you get punished.

We can see from recent events that the punishment of choice is perma-ban.

It teaches everyone around that just because you're a high level, or spend money in the cash shop, you're not immune from punishment.

And by banning the cash shop users, you can obviously see that they don't care about who's spending money for their company.

If they were to not ban the people that use the cash shop, then you would be in this thread saying something to the effect of, "Well, I love how they spend a little money, and are able to get away with anything."

Scamming = Perma-ban.

yeah, i think a lot of the story is missing...

for all we know, this could be like the Booyah-got-scammed case.. where Link may have HELPED the scammer sell a weapon... which is (apparently) something u can get banned for...
