I dont think saying you'd rape someone in pvp is anywhere near racist. Falco should have never got banned for racist remarks as he didnt make any. His language may have been over the line but its nothing that doesnt happen everyday in fiesta. A perma-ban for something as trivial as a curse word is just stupid. ^.^

These kind of situations are how games fail ^.^ when companies dont know how or just refuse to handle situations correctly.

So just because he's a top level player means he's immune to perma-ban? I'm not going to say whether Falco deserved his perma-ban or not (since we've still only seen one side of the story), but I for one don't want to see a high-level player or a Cash Shop player be immune from punishment just because they are a high-level player or a Cash Shop player.

I think that's one of the reasons why the the certain "Fantasma" situation really annoyed people because that player was in a special position so Outspark didn't take action.

Anyway, those screenies are pathetic. I couldn't even figure out why some of those screeniers were posted in the first place. Yeah some of them are incredibly rude and inflammatory. But that's different from some of the rest of the Fiesta community how?

First of all, I just want to say that the poster is a total bastard. He has partied with me, and after that I never wanted to go near him again. He's just a flame-baiting (lol@me?) arse. This is far from the first time that he's gotten people mad and/or basically framed people.

This is probably one of the biggest over-reactions I've seen from Outspark... And honestly, I doubt the poster gives a *french toast* about the racist things said. I doubt he's Mexican, or whatever the insult was twords. Falco and Uchiha shouldn't have been banned over something as common as racist comments. I've seen waaaaay worse in Fiesta, too. >___>

I personally think that it's unfair they got perm banned so quickly when they've only make 2-3 comments. Sure, that's not an excuse for them to make racist comments, but as this has never been brought up before, the punishment is a bit harsh..

NOW that Outspark has made it all clear, there's no excuse... but when that drama happened... it has not be brought to attention.. PLUS they were being provoked...

I hope outspark reconsider these two based on special circumstances...
