The 20 quest isn't given by anyone in Elderine or Uruga. I think Grand Master Shone gives it. (In FoM.)

Actually, the level 10 quests gives a premium hobby, which lasts for 7 days. I think it is the same speed as a normal one. So all you high levels arent missing out on anything (i think)

edit: i just realised i cant afford the riding skill...

I'm at level 11 so I suppose I could level up a bit and find that level 20 Achievement Quest. But so far, none of them sound worth it except maybe that re-stat scroll but if we only get one its useless.

yup.. when u complete the quest u get 10 scrolls in ur inventory.. and when u open ur character box, instead of ^ up arrows next to each stat, you get v down arrows too!

so each time u click "down" u get 1 free stat points to distribute again and one of ur restat scrolls disappear...

But what if i already planned out my build before even beginning to play? then the stat reset scrolls will just be wasting space in my inventory?

Not really. You always have a 50% chance of accidentally clicking the wrong button and adding a point to a stat you may have no use for.

I've reached level 47 in global fiesta, had a grand total of 52 points to add, and have yet to make such a mistake...
