I didn't care at first it's a whoo who big deal thing, but when i'm minding my own business trying to talk to people and getting killed over and over again it does get a little annoying.

That's true. Most of the time, it was clear that I was just running away or trying to talk to people. Even if it was obvious I didn't want to be in the fight, I still got killed.

At least I didn't lose exp for it!
