Wouldn't they say that the shop would be up-dated, and not the client, if we had to buy the customization? At least, the way I'm reading it, we'll get them on the client without having to pay. I might be wrong though!

They way we currently have it is that there is an NPC in Roumen that does all this.

If you look in Fiesta General[Hairstyle thread] I think it will explain everything.
