You're never too old for games!

I had this discussion with someone that's going into their 40s..

The reason why people were under the impression that "if you're over ___ (30, 40, 50...) you're too old for games" was because the previous generation did not grow up with video games, so after a certain age, you don't have that interest, and maybe no coordination..

but the next gneration of 30,40,50s grew up with video games, and they'll continue to enjoy them... you'll never be too old!

That's wat I'd like to believe!

Yeah right now, the "older" people who play video games would be the "cool" people. I bet later on it's gonna be completely normal and won't come as a surprise LOL.

Nice... I am now considered cool by teenagers! Of course, video games became popular when I was early teens (Atari 2600 age, you'll probably have to google that one) Pac-Man came out after that and then the race was on. I am thinking of starting a guild 'over_the_hill_gang' just so some of us old timers can school you young-uns! That is if my pace-maker can handle it :D

It won't be about playing games in general, it'll be about the types and styles of games being played. I was an Atari 2600 kid too, and some of these modern games just have too many fucking buttons.

Watch, in the future, video games will be so advanced, that old video games will be baby toys. Like in Back to the Future.

I expect neural implants in the next ten years or so.
