The company is based in US and the games about China, soo it would be wacked if they baned like Asian IPs where the game's story is based.

Ok, I will try to clear things up as best as possible. This version is North American Edition, BUT until other countries/continents/regions find a host for their version of fiesta, it will be for everyone. That is the best i can explain it, it is like this in most games that are on game portal sites.
