Toon Link's Dair is not that good. I hate characters Dair, that make you move downward.

ah, but when you're right above the enemy it does MASSIVE damage. plus, it pogo's. and that's just fricken fun.

Example:

Toon link downstabs pikachu, impaling him through the head. he then bounces up, and downstabs him in the head AGAIN.

Pure Pwnage.

And when would that happen, right after you jump above someone?

which is why you air-stalk them.

Probably not a great idea against small, quick enemies, but awesome against slow moving targets.
