I think the only reason that it was predicted to be doomsday is becasue its 12/12/12, but thats not really a good enough reason to think that a meteor would hit Earth o.O I don't really care, I'll just live my life now and enjoy it ^.^

Might not? It's wild speculation that anything WILL happen. The Mayan calendars stop at that date. That's it.

I think that it will not happen. There have been too many false alarms for me to get worked up about this. If we predict now, by scientific means that we will end on such and such date, I will take it seriously.
