Whatever majority wins, they implement it. They should also do something about the people who use bots to train their characters while KSing other people who play normally. It's really.. really annoying having to try to train while a bunch of people who may or may not be bots themselves KS you over and over while you're trying to play. For example, the training bots in Vine Tomb with a party of 6 are something like that. They should figure out a way to block programs which train a person's character while they're away.

IP ban all Chinese IP's.
Yes, I am aware that I am being borderline racist, doubtlessly controversial. But it's the simple truth: 90% of gold farming sites are based in China. A few of them aren't bots, but are actual players who don't speak a single English word, and sit around all day farming "legitimately," if you will. I have seen them in person. Also, they have Shine Online. It may not be as good as Fiesta, but it is certainly a version of it, and is definitely more complete.
A large majority of the high level players don't really talk in game. When they do talk, it's in 中文, or what looks like random streams of gibberish for a large portion of Fiesta players. Some are courteous, some are not. And then there are the select few that seem to swing between courteous and not courteous by leaving your monsters alone for a few minutes, then suddenly pounding away and ksing for the next two hours.
A solution will never be flawless. A portion of the gaming community will be pissed at me for suggesting it, but is a solution, is it not? We will also lose a large portion of rares and those legit, honest players that retain English abilities.
Flame away if you choose.
