Edit: Actually, one thing. About that being humans and having feelings and being a volunteer. Yes we are humans, yes we have feelings, and yes we (anyone here) are volunteers (for whatever cause). So? Just because people are volunteers (note: not targeting Nei now, but talking in more of a general term) doesn't mean they have the right to act unprofessionally, or that we should forgive them. Sure, volunteers can like/dislike anyone they want, but they're not supposed to bring it out to all the customers and such when they are representing a company, especially when we actually choose to volunteer our time for a certain job. I think it's important to show your respect for the job in front of customers. I mean, if you really don't like it, you can always quit since it's only volunteer (in most cases, anyway). The only thing (imo) is that we shouldn't "expect" or "pressure" volunteers in spending XX amount of hours on their job and doing XX tasks everyday. For volunteers, quality of work > quantity of work. But using volunteer as an excuse for not acting professionally is not really... right. I'm not saying volunteers are required to act up to the employee's standards and such, but sometimes, some things are just common sense... |

Hmm even though I am a big fan of Dakkon, I like all the GM's as well. I respect them by not complaiining to them or putting them down by saying they suck. I've never really seen GMs bad mouthing each other but I have heard of them doing so. Yes, it is unprofessional and wrong. Though I appreciate all that they intend to do for Fiesta. I am truly sorry if an Outspark staff member gets told that they suck and that _____ is better but they shouldn't lowwer themselves to this =\

Well since we are talking about unprofesionalism, and cause here it prolly wont get emmediately removed by OS staff I'll keep it polite and civil out of respect for the people that worked hard to make this site such a succes:
I find the attitude of some people working at OS completely unprofessional, they lie to us, they make completely ridiculous statements, and they act like they can do no wrong, for example onceI said to Sking that the exp increase did not work, I was in the game for a few hours nothing had changed, he said it had, without even checking it and kept saying I was wrong, the next day he said oops we forgot to do that, yet he still was being so arrogant and in my eyes unprofesional by not admitting his fault towards me. Also some of the idiotic statements made by silky arent to be called professional at all. |
Im hoping that in years to come, Outspark will have more experienced and maybe more mature workers, if the staff there isnt shaping up a little. Outspark is in a way, "new" so im giving them chances on many things. if its still like this in a year or 2, then ill talk with harsh critizisum ( or however u spell that...)

Well to me OS already crossed the line by treating the EU players like dirt, and censoring everything that had to do with the fact that they werent allowed to give us fiesta and that they'ld had to stop it, yet kept t all silenced, silenced the people warning for it and quickly released extra CS items to exploit the EU players even more, and then suddenly without any warning banned all german players.
True they got unblocked quickly but still OS there is where you guys failed as a company that wants respect from its community, and it only got worse. |
