Here's the thing about guilds - this is just a game - everyone does not live, breathe and die by this game. To disband a guild because there are several people inactive does not make good sense to me (note that I said "to me") because many times people need a break from the same thing over and over.
In G____G we have had times when we were down to four active in-game, but just about everyone was active on the forums. If we had disbanded every time that happened we would probably all be guildless at this point.
Why don't some of you ask to be made Admin in a guild that is about to disband? That way while the many are inactive you have the ability to invite more active people into any empty slots.
idk, just seems senseless to me for guilds to be disbanding just because people have become inactive. Give them time to circle back to this game or boot them and invite a live body.
And, maybe if you encourage guildies to join FF, then at least if they are inactive in-game they may stay active on the forums until they go back to the game.
