But if more than 2 people are dying, the hat gets to pick the 2 people that actually die since it's max 2 people dying at a time. Soo.. there's a chance phino doesn't win.

I think there needs to be a ruling on what happens in terms of a tie.

I think the current way that ties work is flawed. To let the hat--luck--choose goes against the whole premise of the game. Mafia shouldn't be a game based upon luck. It should be a game based upon strategy.

I know I've said this several times but I think a tie, when not a majority=nothing happens. Realistically, it's hard to lynch someone when a majority of the town is against that. And I think it's appropriate to punish the humans (or save the humans) if they can't find someone that they can agree on.

The only time that two people should die at once is when there are an even number of players and the votes are split EXACTLy down the middle, as in the case of Manz and Jikanu (where there were 8 players and each had 4 votes each).

I don't know what other Mafia games do. But maybe someone can do some research on that?

If were were playing a 12 person game, and these were the results for votes
and one person got 3 votes, and that was the highest, and all the other votes were spread out, we wouldn't say "nothing happened, no one had the majority of votes"

^But I think it's silly that someone will only 3 votes out of 12 gets lynched. I don't think that makes a lot of sense, realistically or in game.

yea the chances of that is low, but if it were to happened, you say we should just do nothing?

But if you really think its unfair to do that, then if everyone gets 1 votes, i will make it so nothing happens.
