How would you feel if you were spending money on your CS stuff, but someone next to you wasn't paying a cent? I'd be pretty ticked off. And of course they'd get in trouble. Its like shop lifting! If you're caught shop lifting, you can't expect to get away with it. Nothing in a store is legally yours until you've paid for it. He/she didn't pay for the items she got, so she got "kicked out" of the store.

I don't think Outspark staff downloads random files that players send them.

Yes, but the youtube video was fuzzy. And its common sence not to just blindly download something that a player sends you. And I don't know why people are bringing it up. I guess its because they think she should have been banned then.

Well... she should have. "Whoever" was in that video was obviously casting MM way too fast. She had to download the SHN viewer or whatever (which Outspark doesn't like in the first place) and edit the numbers a little so the cooldown for MM was actually changed into the cooldown for a Fighter skill or something (like Slice and Dice).

That's editing files and against the ToS in the first place.
