Not necessarily. The incident in question had some nasty remarks thrown at a certain segment of the Hispanic population.

well there are also a lot of people here and in the official forum who asked to ban people for the littlest thinks, like ksing. And the ppl who are against bans as a general penalization are few and nearly voiceless.

So dont wonder when the gms ban for little reason, they are just following public demand
