The highest leveled Hero Monsters I know so far are the Mutant Vampire Bats and the Huge Greenkies ^^

70 hero mob = Greenky Huge.

BoD was and is still famous for the Cainance stuffs =)

Someone is selling Cainance Shield +9 for like 1gem50gold.
