ok did not know that the drop rates where so bugged lol but just started playing fiesta for like 3 days now so :P

Yup, you can get stacks. Lately they've been dropping like 1 at a time.

I didn't know it either, I was grinding mara's yesterday and got over 200 vanished signs in like 45 minutes .
