why is the twins thing offensive? If I was preggo and someone asked me that I don't think I'd be offended. maybe annoyed if every single person asks me that.
Another way of implying that they're fat?
but some people miht think it's twins because the baby bump is huge not because they're fat lol
But you're asking if they're SURE they're NOT having twins.
If you had baby bump that was somewhat larger, and you said you weren't having twins and someone else was like "ARE YOU SURE?" doesn't that imply that you are on the fatter side of things? Or they're implying the baby is fat |
There could be excess fluid that causes the bump to be bigger.

omg blahs not getting it
yeah some people are very self conscious with their body weight while pregnant (I'm pretty comfortable with my body image but I'm still like WTF is happening with my body?!)
When people ask "are you SURE you're not having twins?" first impression was "omg I must look much bigger than I should" then "of course I'm sure, I already did 2 ultrasound scans before I told you so why are you doubting me?" not everyone will be offended.. most people will probably just brush it off.. I prefer people to just say "oh look you're showing!" or "You're not showing much yet" (I've had both comments made to me..) |
has anybody (besides family & close friends) asked to feel your tummy?
no stranger has done it yet.. but my belly isn't big enough to be obvious unless you know I'm pregnant.
