Because really, that would just be dumb if we had to pay right away.

No, because people who don't wanna pay are ripped off because they were never able to get different styles in the first place.

but i guess... they're rewarding those who's willing to fork out some real cash a different look in the game...

I mean it's not the biggest concept in the world to allow someone to change their hair without paying for it..

Hmm, actually the way I see it, everyone gets 1 free 'ticket' or somethin to get 1 free hair/face/color change.

That could be pretty cool. I guess beggars can't be choosers though. It will be a bit disappointing, but I can understand them charging for it. They are running a business after all and that's something most people are interested in I think. Everyone wants to be a little unique and they know many people will pay for it.

They actually did that in the other Fiesta version. I think they gave everyone a 'free' ticket to change the color or something of the sort.
