pastas are easy to make, and fills u up very well~

get some pasta, and a jar of sauce...

boil some water, throw the pasta in... when they get soft, take it out of the water and pour the sause on top.. put in oven for 10 mins and u've got the tastiest lunch on ur table!

extra pasta cooked can be set aside and be ur dinner 2nite
