If you mean that it would be nice to have a Scout Master because Robin was killed off the first round, then yeah, sure. But Robin isn't going to be killed off the first round every time. And I think having both a Scout Master and Robin would be a little ridiculous.

Just a suggestion, I think Robin should be changed to Guard Captain Shutian or Town Chief Rumenus, preferably Shutian. Makes more sense in Fiesta terms, since Robin is just an old man who does nothing but sleep and stand.
