Well, what's the ratio of legals to humans. 1:4 right? Then with Mind Drain, just make it one more higher, for 1:5

No mind drain cos of the new role. Well I haven't asked Lirange yet but I think it'd be too much if we include mind drain.

Acctually, it was suggested last round that it went like this:

Say there's 12 members. Therefore there'll be 3 legels. But what if there's 15 users? then there's still 3 legels. in that case, they would use mind drain. if there were 12, they wouldnt.

Guess we can't do that. But how about this.

Whatever number of Legals will be in the game, subtract one and add Mind Drain. So 12 members? 2 Legals with Mind Drain.
