ToS are used to protect THEM not protect the player / users....

Meaning.. they can use ToS against you (when u really get hacked they can go "oh well too bad")... but you cant use it against them "you said you'll not take responsibility!"

Yeah well it can be used to protect me.

I signed the contract, and so did they.

It never says they have the oportunity to just opt out of responsibility.

It says they will take none.

That doesn't mean they will stay out of those matters, it just means they're ultimately held not responsible for the activity. That gives them the option of getting involved or not.
