They could try and limit amount of shouts per minute. Or something of that sort.

Of course it's easy to get to level - and that is only for people who are actually experienced with MMORPG type of games.

Think about it. There are people out there who probably never played these type of games before, and Fiesta could be their first game. Not letting them talk when they really need the help? That's mean to them. If I started playing a game in which I'm clueless in, and finds out that I can't even talk to get some help, I'd stop playing that game instantly.

Well, since it's so easy to get to level three, I'm sure the bots can get to level three rather easily themselves and then continue spamming anyway.

I'd say that if they really implemented that no talking till level 3 function, they might actually go and level it. They're not levelling to 6 because they still have a way to advertise via normal chat box. Of course, I could be wrong. I guess it all depends on how desperate they are.

OT: Imo, the patch was bad. When I make scrolls now, I have to sit and watch this level 1 spam normal chat at 2x the speed about some obscure gold farming site.

And their grammar was (is?) terrible.
