most of Aus doesnt get snow.. except for a mountain i think... and even so i think most of the time it's fake snow for people to ski

It's snowed twice in this area in my lifetime, once about 25 years ago and once a month or so ago (I had to post about it, too). It all melted off when the sun came up.

Other than that, I've only seen snow one other time, when I was in Ohio. This was the "snowed for days" type snow that made me glad we don't normally have it. Ice on roads is scary stuff.

The mainland is higher up in social status. :D
