I get how capped people have little to pertake in with these sort of events. But as frustrating as it may be, the whole 'because we're capped we can't do anything' attitude is getting old very fast.

You also don't have to be capped or near it to have 'spent so much' on the game. So they haven't raised the cap, there are other games to play if you feel that Outspark or Fiesta isn't up to par with your standards. They can't please everyone.

I somewhat agree. >_<" Listening to some people in-game talk about it... I'm just like, "Yep.", "Uh huh.", "Right.", or "That's too bad." I'm not talking about all capped, or even most capped, but the few that do it get annoying after a while.

That's not too bad actually... on the in-game announcement they were advertising it. 350 = 50 cents. So a full set is $1.50... I might buy a second set.
