Aww, no skins for champs I play a lot. I guess poppy to some extent may be one. But I don't play her much, usually only when our team needs a dps and I don't want to play corki. I really like the spelltheif lux skin!

i'm experimenting, i think instead of being played as a carry she should be played as a pusher + some support in a team fight if it comes to that.

Her range is just too short. :/ Makes her have to get really close to last hit.

Don't listen to Ralath! I've seen awesome sivirs and a sivir that even did a pentakill in team fights. I just think you need the right team for it. Just seeing Alistar last night also proves that "wth-champs" can carry too!

About sivir, I think she's like corki. When played right,which may be difficult, she can bring a lot to the team.
