And I was comparing her ulti to sona's and mf's because they are pretty new champ and both of their ulti's are ulti's that do aoe dmg in front of them, except sona's stun. So it's kinda the same thing. yeah it has different hit area but still pretty similar. When compared to the ulti of Swain, it's completely different.

you were still making it sound like you thought they just took stuff from other champs o_o. i think this is just a case of a similar ability being created because they wanted a champ to be able to do something (rooting in this case) but the champion also just happened to be a specific type that made the ability similar to another champ's. so they wanted her to have a root but she's also a skill shot champ so it just ended up like morgana's with the extra affect of hitting two with the second hit only being hit for half.
now if you were saying this about MF i'd totally agree since she is pretty much the child of gp and kat. in fact if they suddenly decided to say she came from teh future and was actually their child i'd only laugh at how much sense it would make.

ok so i was wrong about that D:. he did say he wanted to make a light champ and another skill shot champ though o_o.
